You can avow your little vanities, envies, hates, vicious spark, your meanness and absurdities and in opening them up to friends, they are lost dissolved on the white oceans of their loyalty.

The two kinds of help: The first one would be opportunity – it’s great to be on the receiving end of such help, but it’s even more wonderful to be in a position to open a door for someone else. As the saying goes an opportunity is never lost, its just passed on to someone else.

One weakness of today’s leaders is the desire for praises. It happens in politics and leadership areas. A leader must go beyond people pleaser to being a God pleaser. If our need for the people’s praises exceeds our need for God’s praises, were in trouble. Leadership sometimes means doing what is unpopular.

Ordinary leaders talks about goodluck and badluck. Extraordinary leaders talks about oppurtunity and preparation. Very few outcomes in this cause and effect world are due to chance. You see, goodluck happens when oppurtunity meets preparation.
