Idea of the week for June 08 – 14 2008
How do you sense that a leader is called to do the duty? One clue is that called leaders have a lasting quality; they don’t quit and couldn’t if they wanted to. He or she rises above the normal, the typical, the usual. Called leaders are relevant, firm and speak to the times and issues.

Idea of the week- June 01-07, 2008
I listen to my kind of people. I remember one time when someone told me that the world has two kinds of people: thinkers and doers. They said the thinkers need to do more and the doers need to think more. I have always tried to do both, I reflected and act. When I have combined the two, I have greatly reduced the odds of failure. Amazing isn’t it?
